I am currently the President of EDsuite, a software and website development company located in northeast Texas. EDsuite as a company is completely dedicated to the economic development industry and to finding solutions for economic developers as they market their communities.

Prior to EDsuite, I spent 10 years as an economic developer where I was involved in many different aspects of the economic development industry. I started as a regional economic development specialist for the East Texas Council of Governments then served as Executive Director of the Crockett, Texas EIDC and finally back to my home in Longview, Texas to manage the external marketing and recruitment program for the Longview EDC.

During my career as an economic developer I was involved in many projects ranging from SBA financing to business retention and business recruitment. Projects which I was fortunate to be involved in created over 1,200 direct new jobs and made over $50 million in direct capital investments.

In September of 2003 I received the designation of Certified Economic Developer from IEDC. I also hold the Economic Development Finance Professional designation from the National Development Council.

Bruce has spent the past 5 years managing EDsuite and its parent company Cypress Interactive. Over the past 10yrs he's project managed over 100 small - large scale website and software systems from a wide range of industry including Retail, Industrial, Economic Development and Non-Profit sectors. A native of Canada, Bruce along with his wife and 6 children are currently living in Europe.
