The Custom Report Builder Tool enables visitors to gather information from your website and add that information to a "custom report". This custom report can then be emailed to multiple recipients, printed or converted to PDF.

Once generated, the Custom Report will be stylized and formatted to match your website and it will contain all the necessary contact information just as if you created it yourself and delivered it to the prospect.

No longer will visitors exploring your site be forced to select entire sections of content if they find something particularly relevant. Our Custom Profile Builder provides the EDC the ability to segment data within a page, in a way that makes sense to the typical prospect. The prospect is given more flexibility and freedom to choose exactly what data they are interested in resulting in a highly relevant, custom report.

This tool works with our Community Profile, Available Property and News & Press Release Tools. For example if a visitor needs certain population information they can find that in the Community Profile, and if they are looking for a particular property and they find one that meets their needs, then they can add the full detail page to their report as well. All of that information will then be contained within one report.

Another interesting feature of our Report Builder Tool is that it is completely dynamic and pulls live data from the website. Therefore, if you make an edit to the content of the website you do not have to remember to go to a canned PDF document or separate section that feeds the custom report and make that same change.
